11% of consumers view network programming without using their tv set to do so. This is the result of a comscore study based on the viewing habits of 10.000 people during a 5 week period. Programming targeting young adults, as well as news and sports have an audience of up to 30% of so-called multi-screen users, who mix digital and classic viewing.
The study doesn’t take into account second device parallel use, i.e. using your smartphone, tablet or laptop to interact while you are watching tv on your tv set.
